This extraordinary module is open for pre-orders through our dealers, priced at $699, with shipping to dealers commenced on November 30th.
In 1978, Don Buchla unveiled the rare Model 296, a complex module with only a few ever made. Despite the era's pencil-drawn schematics, he crafted a remarkable device featuring 48 hand-calculated filters. Beyond its initial appearance as an equalizer, the 296 harbors a 16-band analog modular spectral processor, a cross-band vocoder, and extensive patch points, enhancing the synthesizer system.
